1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging the services of Action Plumbing Inc (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling or receiving any services.
2. Services
We provide residential and commercial plumbing services, including installation, repair, maintenance, inspection, and emergency services. All services are performed by licensed and insured plumbing professionals.
- Services are subject to availability and scheduling.
- Estimates provided prior to service are approximations. Final pricing may vary based on actual on-site conditions.
- Additional work discovered during a service call will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Failure to cancel within the required window may result in a cancellation or trip fee.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergency calls, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, and will provide reasonable notice when possible.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.
- Unpaid balances beyond 30 days may be subject to a late fee and/or referred to a collections agency.
- Returned checks are subject to a $35.00 returned check fee.
5. Warranties & Guarantees
Action Plumbing collects email addresses to communicate with customers about their service requests, account activity, and, with their consent, promotional content.
- Labor performed by Action Plumbing Inc. is warranted for [X days/months] from the date of service.
- Parts and materials are subject only to the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Warranties are void if repairs or modifications are made by an unauthorized third party following our service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Action Plumbing Inc. shall not be liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions or damage discovered during service.
- Damage resulting from customer-provided materials or parts.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services rendered.
- Issues caused by factors outside our control, including, but not limited to, municipal water supply problems, building code violations predating our service, or acts of nature.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area.
- Disclose any known hazards, pre-existing conditions, or prior repairs relevant to the service.
- Ensure an adult (18+) is present at the property during service.
- Secure pets and clear the work area before the technician arrives.
8. SMS Communication — Opt-In & Opt-Out
Opt-In: By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box at the time of booking, scheduling, or signing this agreement, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from
Action Plumbing Inc. These messages may include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Technician dispatch and arrival notifications
- Service follow-ups and satisfaction surveys
- Promotional offers, seasonal specials, and service discounts
- Billing and payment notifications
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to Opt Out of SMS
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.
- Contact us directly at 219.365.1811 or office@actionplumbinginc.com to request removal.
Once you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent, except as required by law or directly related to an active service request.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 11. Privacy & Data Use
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lake County, Indiana.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website at https://actionplumbinginc.com and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
